Quick Lube 10 - Minute Oil Change Center

I have been going to this establishment for at least the last 2 yrs..always had a good experience until now..they told me they could not change my oil because the oil pan was SOFT..I ask what does the mean SHE said if they removed oil plug that it could crack oil pan..I called Chrysler to see if under warranty..and they gave me a case #..Chrysler vset up a appointment at South Hills Jeep Dealership...the dealership found no problem with oilpan and changed my oil for 35.99..which is 20 dollars cheaper then Quick Lube on Ridge Ave .in Washington...I'm just very disappointed in Quick Lube in telling me of a issue that was not present when i went to dealership..
