Auto check showed great customer service. Not knowing what I'm getting into, they helped me in every possible way and answered any questions I asked regarding my car. I highly recommend this shop to all because I trust them to service my cars

WORST...WORST CHOICE. STUPID PEOPLE... TRY TO CHARGE YOU MORE WITH LIES AND ALWAYS GIVES WRONG INFORMATIO..... I HAD WORST EXPERIENCE ....

They have the WORST SERVICE!!! I dropped my car off on a Saturday at 1pm. They called me back about 30 minutes before closing time to say the car is not ready. I said I live in the neigborhood about 2 minutes away (literally) and will just come pick up the car. The guy said I couldnt pick it up because they had already started working on it. I asked if they could put the car back together. He said he couldnt because then the crew would go into overtime. I reminded him I had no transportation for the rest of the weekend or on Monday. He basically told me that was my problem and they would not put my car together for me. Talk about holding someone hostage!



So I had to find a ride to work on Monday. On my way out of my subdivision, I saw my car was in the parking lot. I thought maybe they fixed it....? So I told my friend to drop me off and I would get my car. When I went in, the service manager tells me they havent even started on it!



I wont be going back and will make sure all of my friends and neigbhors know that this business is no good!!!
