        Came in to get a check engine light checked to what the code was. Stood at the counter and waited 5 to 10 mins before I was even acknowledged. Then a lady finally came from the back, which I then asked her if I could get a check engine code. She told me it was going to be hours before they could check it. Really?? It takes just a few mins. I understand that they had other customers ahead of me, but pulling a check engine code doesn’t take long. I wasn’t asking for them to fix it. I just wanted to make sure the vehicle was safe to continue to drive. Well I can assure you, I will never be back. After hearing all their commercials, I expected so much more.
