Recently came in to eat with my husband and our daughter and had a blast. We went on a Saturday and they have a guy who does balloonns. Our daughter loves it! Our waitress (Tatyana) was very sweet and our food came out on time. The food was good and service even better. Will definitely be back the next time.

Waited here 30 minutes and saw no waiter. Waited a hour for my food. Not enough people employed. Easily the worst IHOP ever.

Service is AWFUL . Sitting here now , been here 20 minutes . Haven't seen a waiter & when she was going to take our order she told us to " hold on " because her boyfriend was here. She's now hugging him . My two year old & I are hungry .

the staff is alwahs polite but everytime ive been in they take their time with my order. no matter what it is. always takes forever to get a table and when you do it takes forever to get your food. last time we went the food was actually cold when it came to the table. the waitress offered us a ten oercent off coupon she had clipped from the paper instead of offering to get us new warn food she then offered to put our eggs in the microwave. who wants microwaved eggs...? actually ive never had a pleasant experience at this restaurant and dont plan to return

I went here with a group of ab...

I went here with a group of about 20 around midnight on a Friday. For Ihop, this is a peak time. They should have been fully staffed for the Friday night crowd. We waited about an hour to be seated, despite being the only group waiting for most of that hour. After ordering we didn’t receive our food for over 2 hours! The manager literally avoided us at all costs despite asking to speak with her multiple times. I had to actually chase her into the kitchen just to get her to explain to me why she wasn’t serving us. She explained that they didn’t have enough cooks (her fault as the manager). That is entirely unacceptable! After three very clear discussion she tried to offer a mere 10% discount. After getting her to offer a 50% discount (which is still outrageous), we waited another full hour for our tickets just to pay and get out of there. We explained several times that we had a group of students from our church that we needed to take back to their parents, but they didn’t care. The restaurant was never packed, and we were the only large group. There is no excuse for being so bad at your job that you can’t serve one large party in less than 4 hours! I will never, ever go back to this terrible restaurant. After completely failing to serve us, the manager was obstinate and rude when we tried to seek a solution.

I am confused..I added up your hours of complaint and you say you waited 1 hour for the seating, and 2 hours for the food and then 1 hour for the ticket..then chased down the manager to get a the final 50% discount on your bill..? Well I can not imagine that you were in the IHOP from 12 midnight and waitied over 4 hours til you finally left, while your church people were waiting for a ride? So YOU CHURCH PEOLPEL WAITED TILL AFTER 4am? Just for you to eat? I am sure there were some problems to getting you served promptly with 20 people arriving all at once, but a wait is expected to seat that many pople at once and then serving time for all of you might take a little longer that normal. I am sorry. BUT in their defense, I AM SURE YOU WERE NOT AT IHOP FOR 4 HOURS! Complaints are important to upgrade the service of a business, but a fish tale such as yours is not warrented. I see time and time again the cusotmer complains that they waited an hour for their food. When the ticket was reviewed the order had only been place 15 minutes ago. You lose track of time when you are sitting and talking. Make sure your facts are correct before you try to degrade a business next time. Sincerely, a proud employee of another IHOP!
