Beltone Hearing

I went to Beltone in Southaven Ms to get hearing exam and POSSIBLY purchase hearing aids. After getting the exam and finding out the price was more than what I could afford I decided that I couldn't purchase them. Not knowing that the exam was free. My daughter tried to get the results of my exam only to be told NO that I couldn't have them. I was trying to get them on line which would have been much cheaper. I feel because I wasn't getting them from there I was treated with disregards about my SEVERE hearing loss. The only compassion shown towards me was if I was going to purchase them from there. NEVER again will I go there nor recommend anyone else to. To have a severe hearing loss is very depressing and I felt very humiliated because of the fact that I couldn't afford hearing aids within a $2500 range from this business. NO...I can't afford $5000-$7000 for hearing aids.
