Smoky Mountain Taxi

My wife and I reached out to Curtis in early December, 2017, to inquire about using his service to shuttle ~100 guests from our wedding accommodations to the actual wedding site. Our wedding was held in May, 2018. Curtis helped us determine the number of buses we'd need, at what time, etc., and we booked the date.

Flash forward to April, 2017, 19 days before our wedding. Curtis sends us an email stating that his vans are "on back order" until after June and he cannot accommodate us. Again, this is less than three weeks before our wedding, which caused us to scramble to make alternative arrangements and significantly increased our shuttle cost. Curtis never responded to any other emails, nor did he take any responsibility for his incredible delay in letting us know he'd be unable to provide the services he said he would. I would not recommend Smoky Mountain Taxi to anyone.

I needed a last minute ride to the Knoxville airport late at night, and they were extremely friendly, fast and professional! They also were very reasonably priced, I definitely recommend them to anyone!

I was trying to get my niece from Gatlinburg to the Knoxville airport early on a weekend morning. I scheduled with these guys and they were on time and everything went smoothly. Good guys.

We experienced a vehicle breakdown resulting in our vehicle being towed 50 miles away. OnStar set us up with this company. Robert promptly picked us up and drove us the 50 miles to the dealership. During the 50 mile drive, he carried a professional/friendly conversation with my husband, my two daughters, and myself. He even offered a stop to use the restroom for my family. During this unfortunate event during a vacation, he made the situation easier to handle! If you ever need their services, this is the company to use. Thank you again!

THIS LADY HAS KNOW IDEAL OF WHAT IS GOING ON, THE CREDIT CARD SHE IS TALKING ABOUT WAS FILLED OUT AND SIGHNED BY HER HUSBAND ON BOTH THE PICK AND RETURN TRIP. WE DID NOT FILL OUT THE CARD TOTAL HER HUSBAND DID AND THEN SIGHNED BOTH COPIES. SHE NEEDS TO FIRST CHECK WITH HER HUSBAND TO SEE WHAT HE DID BEFORE SHE STARTS ACCUSING US OF CHEATING HER.
