A-1 Quality Septic & Drain

Brandon advised on April 25th that he would provide services on April 29th and would arrive between the hours of 12 and 1pm. I contacted Brandon at 1:15 pm on April 29th and Brandon advised he had forgotten to schedule me.
Brandon then advised he would call me back. No solution was offered upon calling me back, only another apology, saying he would not honor my appointment. When I contacted the main number I was advised that Brendan had already apologized and I should go with someone else.
Even knowing they had vastly inconvenienced a customer which they entered into a verbal agreement with, and whom gave up pay so services could be provided as offered.
The entire situation, could have been resolved by Brandon simply either not offering to provide the services at the onset of the initial conversation, or by offering a solution at the inability to keep the appointment as scheduled other then "go with someone else" after the fact when I called him about not showing.
Unprofessional.

Called this morning and Gene was at my house within an hour! Very helpful, knowlegable, professional and personable. Emptied septic and advised me of other work that needed attention, explained and showed me. The price was very reasonable, considering his promptness and helpfulness. I cannot express how very thankful and lucky I was calling A-1. I will definitely call again and I highly recommend. He was here "faster than flies on sh--" Thanks Gene!
