Ive been requesting forms on a policy they cant seen to locate. Been paying faithfully for over 30 years it started out Atlanta Life then merged to Career Agency Insurance Setvices for all inquiries in St Louis MO. The customer service is unbelievable. I honestly had to catch my inner calmness to remind me I serve an Awesome God. But to lighten all situations I cane in contact with an outstanding District Mansger in Tyler Texas who gave me some assurance. Im still waiting on the St Louis office to release my guardian check today but I hope in the future they figure a better way to address its clients

Worst, Worst, Worst Company I have EVER dealt with. I spoke to Jennifer, Sharon, Casey, Gina, Yvetta and Whitney who ALL gave me the WRONG information regarding my father's insurance policy!!! After 3 weeks of calling and asking for the manager, SANDY TRAMMEL, she will not take my call or call me back..... Don't give this company your business!!!!!

This is the worst company on this planet. Today I have been on hold for one hour and 45 minutes! I have been trying for days. I feel like I am being spamed. I feel like contacting the BBB. Their website is another joke..

Minus 5 stars for this company. I've been waiting for almost five months for a check from these people. Not only my agent but also the manager were Not the shaper knives in the drawer. The agent lied to me and the manager was disrespected me. The agent misspelled the street the company is located on. It took her three attemps to send me paperwork and when I received it she sent a copy not the original and lied about it. I ask to speak with her manager he disrespected me by answering his phone and promptly putting me in hold ( I hadn't spoken a word) and transferred me back to the inept agent. It's been almist 5 (five mos) $20 out of my pocket and I have yet to have my problem resolved.

I found it very un-professional of this company to send bills without a contact phone number. I had questions and had to search for the number. It was very difficult getting through to customer service. Long wait time.
