        Very hard to work with. I call...

        Very hard to work with. I called to ask a few questions because my dogs had scratched up my couch, and these guys were not very helpful. I wanted to know what my options were to fix the couch and they pretty much told me I need to get my couch to their shop and that it would be around $1000. There has to be a better way! Disappointed.

        I took my wedding dress in to be cleaned and pressed before my wedding. I expressed concern that the beading might cloud up from the chemicals in the dry cleaning process and they assured me this almost never happened. I got my dress back a couple of days ago. It was clean and pressed and beads were sparkly...then I noticed that beads were missing in about 12 places on my straps. They told me that this happens sometimes, eventually said sorry and offered me no discount. They should have warned me that this could happen and certainly should have told me over the phone that beads were missing, when I called about pick up. It's not like they didn't know. So I was blindsided when I got there and beads were missing, some hanging off on a thread. Now I have to find beads to match and fix it myself a few days prior to the wedding. Amazing to me that when someone brings their wedding dress to a place that is supposed to be experienced with this type of garment, there isn't better customer care
