Red Wing Shoe Store

Today, I experienced the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I arrived at the store with certain questions regarding some damaged Red Wing boots my brother had bought from the store and also with the intention to see if they had the boots I wanted were in stock. No luck. Heck, the prices on the boots were priced higher in-store than on Amazon, which if you ask me is ridiculous. Anyway, the man went on to explain that he could order the boots and that they would arrive in a week! I can order my boots on Amazon they were would arrive at my house in 2 days! Needless to say, I said, "No, thank you." But I did ask him if he could do me the favor of helping me know the size of my feet. This is when things turned unimaginably awful. He literally asked me if, "I was kidding," and continued to say, "you're seriously asking me to help you so that you can buy the boots at a different store." I even tried to be kind and say, "if you could be lovely." He rejected me again and gave me the most vile and disgusted face I'd ever seen. He could not fathom doing a favor for another human being. My sister had to say, "Kevin, let's go," because I was awe-struck from the pure repugnance that this human being possessed. I seriously have never experienced something so incredibly awful. So words of advice to future customers? Save your money and buy the boots online. Go to a Kohls, measure your feet there. Call the actual company and ask them, but for the love of all that is good, Never Ever expect anything good from that Terrible man. Perhaps, other employees may be nice but this man is confrontational and a serious, bad loser. If I could give no stars, I would.
