We have been loyal Dowling customers for 17 years. The customer service department is always helpful and quick to schedule an appointment. Dowling installed AC when we moved in so they service both our heating and cooling needs. All of their repair/service workers are highly skilled and professional as well as personable. I highly recommend Dowling to all my friends and neighbors.

This is a wonderful company from the first phone call to one yr after installation. Their quote was honest and their customer service was fantastic! Their workmen were very polite, quiet and clean! They installed a new heating system for us and it has been great through this exceptionally cold winter.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE company! Not only did the thermostat they installed in my home stop working in less than one year's time, but after I spent several hundred dollars, they sent me a 2ND inovice over a month later with creative and ridiculous "maintenance" charges for work they did not do!! AVOID DOWLING!!!!
