They don't have to be. I bought my cabinets off the shelf, and they're perfect for what I need in the kitchen. I also probably saved a lot of money, since custom cabinets are sometimes up to double the cost of store models. That said, if there's a certain look you're going for or if you have an irregular space to fill with them, custom might be your only choice....Read More
