Baylor Scott & White Surgicare - Plano

I am a long time patient of Dr. Hashemipour his knowledge and professionalism is above and beyond what is required. I have had 2 procedures at this facility and the staff there was and is GREAT, with pre surgery instructions, during the procedure and followup care. The staff was very friendly, the facility was very clean. My procedure was schedule for 11:30 and I was in Dr. Hash hands at 11:25. A great experience.

Very low class and packed filled with people and the front office staff is not very helpful. It was dirty, the doctor was one hour late, but the staff was fairly nice. It is just that the facility itself was a "C" on cleanliness and wait time. My worse experience thus far. I felt like I was in a VA hospital or a free clnic.The nice nurse and staff took it from a 1 to a 3.
