Established in 1912, Park School is a nonsectarian, independent, coeducational day school offering education to students in prekindergarten through grade 12. Its Upper School program includes various projects, such as internships in computer programming, environmental education, emergency room medicine, sports journalism, architecture, landscaping, film production, immigration services, public relations, and politics. Its upper school and middle school offers courses in various subjects, such as science, social studies, English, math and foreign languages. It additionally offers advanced placement programs in biology, calculus and environmental science. Its lower school curriculum offers various programs for development of math and language skills. It offers courses in geometrical concepts, concept of measurement and balance, creation of graphs and scale drawings. The school also provides after school activities, extended day and athletics programs. Located in Baltimore, Md., it also offers courses in Visual Arts, Theater and Music.
