        CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE!!! ...

        CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE!!! I WAS ON THE FREEWAY WHEN I REALIZED THAT I HAD A FLAT TIRE. WHEN I EXITED THE 32ST EXIT OFF OF THE 202W THE FIRST LOCATION I FOUND WAS THIS PLACE. LET ME TELL YOU IF I KNEW THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE ME $7.50 TO PUT MY SPARE ON.. I WOULD OF DID IT MYSELF. AND IM A WOMAN!! NOT INCLUDING IM GUESSING THAT I WAS TALKING TO EITHER THE MANAGER OR OWNER. HONESTLY THIS GUY WAS A FLAKE AND JUST OUT RIGHT RUDE. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. THE WAY I WAS TREATED WAS UNACCEPTABLE, NOT INCLUDING I AM THE VP AT ONE OF LARGEST UNIVERSITYS OUT IN ARIZONA. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS CLEARLY NOT A FACTOR HERE. THE ONLY PERSON I WOULD GIVE CREDIT TO I FORGET HIS NAME BUT HE'S FROM A ASIAN DECENT. PLEASURABLE AND VERY COURTEOUS. IF I COULD RATE THIS COMPANY 0 STARS I WOULD HAVE.

        Excellent Service

        I've been going to Stanley's for years, and I have never had a problem with their work. They are honest and will tell you if a repair can be put off until later. They have also fixed minor problems for free for me in the past. Family owned and trustworthy.

        Mike Stanley is a mechanic you can trust. I have taken several of my cars to him for service and never been disappointed. The service is done in a timely manner and the price is fair. Several of my friends also use Stanley's and we keep going back. What better recommendation? His service center is also very neat and well maintained. It's a pleasure to do business with Stanley's Service Center.
