SPVT Quaker City Cab

When I give them one star I am being generous. More often than not I end up waiting over 1/2 an hour or more. The last time I called, the dispatcher forgot to put in my order and apologized politely. Then a different dispatcher called and argued with me over the phone about how the order was cancelled by "someone on my phone." Perhaps that dispatcher should have checked with the other one. I tried to speak to the manager, surprise surprise, he was not available. Do yourself a favor, do not call this cab company. Please not the Quaker City and Quaker County is the same company.
