Was calling around trying to find a place that would junk my car. Rick had me ready to go, Tow Truck on the way, I couldn't find my title until the next day. Called back and Rick had me ready to go again within minutes!! First Class Business, if you call ask for Rick!

Somehow riding up I-95 N I hit a pothole and broke my wheel on my car. I called a numbers of junkyards looking for a replacement wheel. Some of the prices I was getting were crazy $$$!! I ended up calling Orthodox Auto Co & talked to one of their salesmen there who too the time to explain the difference between a "STEEL" wheel & an "ALLOY" wheel & why the big price difference. After talking with Jay (I think his name was) e he just asked for my C/C #'s over the phone to get the order rolling. I didn't even have to come in until the wheel arrived at his door. He was even nice enough to bring it out to my car & place it in the trunk for me. Even when i gave him the old wheel as an exchange , he came out to my car & took it back out of the trunk so I wouldn't get myself dirty. Hopefully I won't need to see him again too soon but Orthodox Auto Co is going to be the only place I call for parts for my car. Keep up the GREAT work guys!! Thanks a bunch.

got a used transmission and had no problem having it shipped to the shop. gave me a warranty and had no issues after install. so far so good 5 weeks later. knowledgeable parts guy helped me out.
