        On 8/23/12 Ordered 2 Bulbs, and never recieved product.

        I made several phone calls and sent numorous emails and finally in December 2012 I received a response that said we did receive the product. I understand things get lost in the mail, but this has been the most difficult situation I have ever experienced with a company. According to Our Post Office, the product was "delivered" to us on a day we weren't here, and they sent it back to this company. I am still unable to get a response from this company. So now they have my money and the product I ordered. Wish I would have googled this company Light Exports first, because I am not the only one this has happened to.
