Top Line Company

They came when they said they would , were very courteous & informative , did the jobs they were supposed to do ( template & Installation) & answered all our questions & left the area clean. Both jobs were done very efficiently with minimal disruption. Very happy with their service .

This is what my kitchen looks like. It should have granite counters, but the installer never made it today. This is the way my kitchen will be for at least the next 5 days, if the installer shows up then. Top Line has been a nightmare since day one. I ordered my counters on June 27th from Lowe’s. Top Line said that they were never contacted by Lowe’s until July 5th. Top Line did not show up on date given to do the template. Top Line sent me addresses to go to granite yards to pick out the slab. I went to the closest one and was informed that they do not stock the granite I selected. When I called Top Line about this, I was told to just go to the granite yard that is 45 miles away. I have taken off work to wait for someone to come and make the template, go to granite yard and wait for the installer in vein. The icing on the cake is when you call Top Line and speak to someone. They just don’t care. I would never use Top Line or Lowe’s again.

We could not be more pleased with our new countertops! Ross came to do the template and patiently and professionally answered all of our questions! He took his time and didn't rush us through the process. Rich and Chris came to do our install! They were awesome! Installation was smooth, with a few little kinks that Rich fixed flawlessly! We cannot say enough about the expertise! Our counters look beautiful! Thank you Top Line! We will definitely call you for our next house renovation!

I was so impressed with knowledge and work ethic of Bill who came to make out template for an unusual shaped counter top. His professionalism and courtesy were above and beyond. He answer all our questions, explained what we needed to do before and after installation. I highly recommend this company.

Installers were very good and professional. Quartz counter top looks great. Template person was very accurate.

The WORST company. Sink rusted within months and they have NO support to get the issue resolved. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Great Job on my Counter Tops! I bought thru Lowes and I under stand Top Line Company does a lot of work for them. They called me within two days of my order and came to template a few days later. I was given a projected install date at the time of measure and they kept that day. The Quartz tops are beautiful!
