Mass Audiology

(From my parents) My husband and I were both aware of our hearing loss and were very nervous to take the next step needed to improve our quality of life. We were greeted at Mass Audiology by Daria, the PCC at the Pembroke branch, and she was an absolute ray of sunshine from the moment we stepped through the door. We went from Daria to Lorinda, the branches provider, and she made us both feel so comfortable. She took us through the entire process with such care. We left feeling like we had just spent time with family and even mentioned to one another that we actually looked forward to seeing them again at our follow-up visits!
