Chipotle Mexican Grill

The Pearland Chipotle is probably one of the worst ones...bathrooms are not clean a lot of the time...food is not consistent...Sometimes good sometimes not....but here's where the line gets crossed..I was there on a Sat and the girl that was at the register added everything up gave me a total but then started keying in again...well next day when I was lookin at home banking page she had charged me twice...On Mon I called spoke with a manager and he said he would look into it and call me back but never did so I called Mon evening ask for same manager and was told he was on a conference call would take care of me later...I totally felt that I was just "put off" and what ticks me off I don't live in Pearland so I'm going to have to make a special trip back over there to insist they reimburse me for second charge...food's not "that great" to pay once but for sure not twice....I'm done with Pearland Chipotle..,heck maybe All of them

Delicious food! The staff is very friendly as well!
