Overall

Ah I really hope somebody changed the staff and complete management of this pet hospital...

I had really unpleasant experience with these people. Very rude staff and complete absence of any kind of customer service...

Overall
NOT ANIMAL LOVERS!!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE!!! WORST group of "professionals", I've ever had the displeasure of doing business with. I took my dearest baby girl dog, my heart, my soul, my best friend to these monsters only to be scarred for life. After waiting for 45 minutes just to be seen, a nurse immediately took her to a back area, without explaining anything, and told me to wait in the waiting area, lobby. She was to have her blood drawn for a pre-op to get spayed. After requesting to see the vet for further questions, Dr. Raj walked out and was of no help and she stared stoically at me and my concerns. She then proceeded to go back, at which point I thought I was getting my dog back. I wondered why I was not able to be with my dog during her examination. It worried me, I became increasingly nervous, as my dog was not used to being with others. Finally, I went back to the room which read "employees only" and knocked. The secretary up front was on a phone call but dropped the phone, to rush over and stop me from going in! At that point, I expressed to her my insecurity of what was going on and she told me I couldn't go in to see my dog. Finally, I knew I had no choice but to go in as she was stopping me PHYSICALLY from entering. As I entered I noticed my small 8 lb dog taped at the mouth with five people, including a man, surrounding her, pulling her at the neck, as the vet held a syringe. Every single one of these people started yelling and screaming at me to exit immediately. It was the scariest sight one could ever experience. I requested I be in the room, as a nurse yelled at me to leave further. I then told them to STOP everything and hand over my dog NOW!! I asked the vet if she had done anything yet, and she said "No". I could NOT believe that an environment that is supposed to be welcoming, and ever so sympathetic to the nature of the situation at hand, was hostile and skeptical, neither catering to the owner or the dog's comfort level. My poor dog had defecated all over from being so scared. No one offered to clean her up or bring her water, absolutely AWFUL. AND!! The secretary still wanted to charge me for an "exam". What exam? An exam, I wasn't even allowed to be a part of?!! I have the RIGHT to be with my dog for an examination! This is the equivalent to handing your child to a doctor without being in the room! I asked that they bring me something to clean my dog up with as I needed to take her in my arms. The man, who I believe was also another vet, came out with such attitude, while the secretary was still yelling at me, telling me my dog wasn't "scared to death", as if she wanted to fight. He then took her tail with such force, cleaning the poop from her rear end throwing away the remains with ATTITUDE, ATTITUDE, ATTITUDE! Not a SINGLE apology from ANY ONE of them. In fact, they all went in the back at one point to discuss God knows what. A VERY VERY STRANGE SETUP THEY'VE GOT GOING ON! BEWARE, who knows what they may do to your loved one. I'm still sick about the situation, thinking of what was going on while she was out of my sight for roughly 30 mins.
