        Bloom is a restaurant that specializes in New American cuisine. It serves a selection of appetizers, salads, entrees, sandwiches and side dishes. The restaurant maintains a bar that features a cuvee wine keeper system that allows guests to choose from more than 75 wines. The bar serves sauvignon blanc, pinot noir, pinot gris, red zinfandel, syrah, shiraz, riesling, cabernet sauvignon, chardonnay and merlot. Bloom has indoor and outdoor seating arrangements. Its private dining room can accommodate up to 20 guests. The room hosts winemaker dinners, private parties, wedding receptions and business meetings. Bloom provides an online reservation option. Its sister restaurant is Wildflower. Bloom has received the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence for its wine program.
