Scratch the Surface

Went into the shop today with my friend. Both of us wanted to get different parts of our ears peirced. My friend got her upper cartilage and I got the tragus (I think that's what is called). Our experience was great and the staff accommodated us and we're very friendly when we came in without an appointment. I was slightly hesitant since this shop is one that's right off of I drive amongst all the tourist attractions and silly shops, but the shop had a nice local feel to it. We also both go some type of deal because we were SeaWorld team members, and I believe the price we got was very fair!! Our piercer's name was Junior and he was very nice and made us feel comfortable . Thanks guys!

If you want a nice tattoo for a reasonable price, you better look at an other place.

Worst Tattoo place I have ever been!

Busy talking to each other, way too much interruption and not paying attention to clients much.

Money is the most important thing they all have on their mind.

Oh and dare to ask for a tattoo to match a picture you bring the egos there run a bit too large they ignore you completely!

Because they are artists that know better then you!

But sadly they can not even work off stencils, so you dare for their freehand work, you are in for a rude surprise.

I made the mistake to go by internet ratings, boy did I get a bad taste in my mouth!

Leave alone there is an artist (at least that is what he calls him self) that can not even draw or make strait lines leave alone draw eyes (and he thinks they look real!)!

They sadly turned into eggs and from a simple touch up I asked for, he made a mess of a once perfect tattoo and left a second job half done and called it finished as he had other commitments.

Well it is my body that this carp is now on and I just can warn any body buyers be ware!

6 hours and 2 messy tattoos later $750 lighter

I think that sums it up, very disappointing experience, worst place I have ever been to.

I was looking for a new tattoo palor so I called this place to find out if they took AMEX card and Zack answer the phone. I wanted to find out an estimate on a tattoo. He was able to assist me. He also gave me clear directions as to where he was located. We got to the shop and the staff was friendly. When I went in I asked for Zack and he was busy with a tattoo. He had one of his other artist assist me. His name was Rafael. I got a panther with my boyfriend's name. The estimate Zack gave me was the same as what I paid for my tattoo. The tattoo was beautiful and detailed work. My boyfriend also got a tattoo onhis back but it was done by Zack. His tattoo was also beautiful and very very detailed also. The shop was clean and the artist was friendly and nice. We enjoyed ourself at the shop. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to have tattoos and piercing done. We will be going back with friend also. We had a great experience at this shop.

I put down a $50.00 deposit to have 3rd grade drawing!!!!!!! I had an appointment and when i arrived the artist was not even ready to show me what he had a week to work on. trust me the place was empty. had to wait an additional 1/2 to see a sketch of the tattoo he had a week to work on. management is horrible all they care about is the $$$$ they told me that the $50.00 was for the drawing?? wish i had a picture to show you what i was looking at BIG JOKE!!! spoke to one of the owners (had a attitude from the start) said that she could not give me my money back did not care that the Artist was not ready, had to wait 1/2 to see the drawing that he was putting together last min. and also forgot the other tattoo"in his House" and would only offer me a credit to get another tattoo..... after all my disappointments come on where is the customer service i am a very reasonable person but when you show up to an appointment and you give them something to work on for more than a week and when you arrive you get service like this........ they should not punish you and keep your money. just want to warn people that are thinking of going to this place please be cautious......

I went to this tattoo shop on the advice of a friend's brother who had received a tattoo there and said he had a great time there and the shop was clean and the people were nice. Overall I was impressed with their selection of tattoos to look at for people who weren't sure what they wanted. The staff were very accomodating and the artists took designs that could easily be done as stencils and drew them on to the patrons. I got my tattoo done by an artist named shawn...he was great. He taught me everything I would need to know about the aftercare and made sure I followed his instructions as even the aftercare products they use say to use it more than necessary. Overall I had a great experience and when it's time for my next one, I personally would go back there.
