Renaissance Hotels

I usually stay at the Skirvin and because I was attending a wedding I stayed with the rest of the guest. I called a week prior to the wedding to ask instructions on how they wanted to handle putting a bottle of Don Perignon and 2 Tiffany wine flutes in the bride and grooms suite, I gave a manager a $50 to get it right and offered my phone number they didn't take it or even ask my name or room number, I gave them that info but I don't know what they did with it. They delivered it to the wrong room and the next day when I spoke with the bride she didn't know anything about my gift, I asked to speak to a management and 3 ppl came but none of them offered a sencere apology and there is plenty more to this story but I don't have time to write it, they told me to leave because they did not want to take responcibility for anything. Don't stay there.
