Ear Infections
Your veterinarian will examine your pet from nose to tail, looking for things like heart murmurs, ear infections, and/or parasites. Your veterinarian can also provide pet-proofing tips, training assistance, and parasite protection recommendations.
Electrocardiogram
We offer in-house blood testing before surgery, which we will go over with you when you bring your pet in. Our doctors prefer the more comprehensive screen because it gives them the most information to ensure the safety of your pet. For geriatric or ill pets, additional blood tests, electrocardiograms, or x-rays may be required before surgery as well.
Immunizations
There are many plans. Most are helpful for injuries and illnesses, plus emergencies that you didn’t see coming. If you can afford a little more, you can find a comprehensive plan which covers preventive care too! Some will help pay for routine examinations, vaccinations, and even blood work. Some plans can be helpful if your pet gets lost or in the case of death.
This non-invasive diagnostic test measures the intraocular pressure inside your pet’s eye and is used to test for glaucoma and uveitis. Increased pressure in your pet’s eye can be dangerous and tonometry is an easy way to check the pressure without having to sedate your pet.
Laser Eye Surgery
Our veterinarians are experienced in various soft tissue pet surgeries, the most routinely performed procedures being spay/neuters and mass/tumor removals. Other examples of veterinary soft tissue surgeries include intestinal foreign body removal, laceration and wound repair, eye surgery, perineal urethrostomy, mastectomy, splenectomy, and other specialized surgeries.

Using sound waves, ultrasound technology allows us to generate images of your pet’s internal body structures, such as muscles, tendons, joints, internal organs, and blood vessels. Ultrasound images are often ordered alongside x-rays, to get a more complete picture of your pet’s health.
Radiology
Using radiography, we are able to produce high-quality diagnostic images of your pet’s tissues, organs, and bones. X-rays help us look for arthritis, broken bones, foreign objects, dental issues, enlarged organs, or respiratory dysfunction.
Itching, scratching, and hot spots are all signs of allergies and skin conditions in pets. Just like humans, pets can be sensitive to irritants that cause them distress. Our team will diagnose and offer treatment for pets with skin-related problems including parasites, allergies, rashes, infections, hair loss, and more. When left untreated, some of these conditions can become serious health concerns.
