As far as being on time, they usually are. But last night I waited 50 minutes in the Cold when I was told 20. I called back several times and each time I was told "any minute now"!!! It is a hit or miss with these guys. Also some of their drivers need some training in customer service! That is all����
EXCELLENT SERVICE, PERFECT TIMING, RIGHT ON THE MONEY, PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATION. They pull in my driveway at the exact time during morning rush hour every day like clockwork. Also excellent communication as when I make changes, they always double check and reconfirm with me. Very easy to work with. Very professional as well as understanding of my personal needs. I had used a different agency 2 yrs ago and that agency came 2 hrs early or 2 hrs late and often forgot to pick me up. NORWICH TAXI is right on the money. They are NEVER late. Ive also found the drivers to be intelligent as well as kind. EXCELLENT SERVICE!
I called and the rude guy on the phone told me 25 minutes. An hour later I called back and told him how important it was for me to be on time and he said dont worry 10 minutes. After another half hour of waiting I finally called and said never mind. If I knew I'd be waiting an hour and a half I would have called someone else

Provided by SuperpagesA Norwich Taxi driver was parked at the end of my condo driveway today, I couldn't go around him because the driveway curves too much and I could get hit head on by someone coming down the hill. I patiently waited with my blinker on, not knowing why he was just sitting there at the bottom of the hill. The driver got very angry when he saw I wouldn't go around him and sped up the hill. As I got to the top of the hill myself, he had turned around and screamed profanities at me about not knowing how to drive through his open window. I think he may have been even worse if my husband hadn't been outside already and walking toward me. The driver heard my husband yell back at him and sped off. I really don't appreciate being treated like that, especially in my own drive way on my own property by someone who is using it like a parking lot. Norwich Taxi already has a bad reputation, and this man has done nothing to improve it.
