Elite European Day Spa

I enthusiastically give this spa 5 stars. I have been going there 2x a month for 3 yrs. The staff are well trained, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I have never had a bad experience nor have a witnessed a disappointed client. LLC

I have been going to elite for eyebrow wax, brazilianwax , shellac and pedicures . I always make my appointment with Griset . She is amazing, she does a perfect job everytime, and she is such a pleasure to talk with. I would highly recommend Griset, she is just awesome!!!

Elite is my favourite day spa in Norfolk. I always leave satisfied and eager to come back next time. Great job!!!

I would highly recommend this day spa to anyone who asks. The atmosphere is clean, elegant and professional. This is a place where I can actually relax while I'm getting services done and the prices are VERY reasonable for the quality of work. Everyone should at least try this place once and you'll see what I mean.

I would give this spa a 0 star rating if it was possible.... I have been there three times. First experience was great, seemed like a well run spa, very clean and calming atmosphere. Second time, I was a walk in customer and was not greeted or received nicely at all. And did not end up getting anything done, the third time I had called ahead and got an appointment and was treated completely rudely. I will go back to changes, and VY nails, they will never get another cent of my money.

I was shocked at the negative review about Elite. I've been going there since the first day they opened, and not one time did I have any negative experience. The girls are always very friendly and professional. I would strongly recommend everyone to visit there. You won't be disappointed. For me and for my friends it's the best spa in Norfolk.
