Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Two years ago I rented a car from here. When I returned it I was informed of a dent in the side which I had no knowledge of. I had to lean down and squint to even see it. It's possible it was there when I picked up the car. Shocked. Anyway, this big body repair process was started and I received a bill from Enterprise for $700. Luckily I used my Chase credit card for this rental and Chase covered the payment 100%!!! It was a fairly simple process for Chase too. Chase really came thru, ENTERPRISE DID NOT. I will not rent from them again. There are lots of choices out there.

Every staff member I encounter from pick up to return went above and beyond in friendliness and helpfulness. I would recommend this location solely based on the staff! The van I rented was clean and well maintained. The pick up and drop off were both fast and smooth.

We rented the car for 3 days but returned it on the 2nd day because we did not need it but was still charged for 3 days plus an astronomical tax rate that equaled to around 14 to 19%????????

This is the absolute worst Enterprise I have ever been to, and I rent cars very frequently from this company for work purposes. I should've known better than to give them a second chance after they wouldn't drive me 7 minutes away to my mechanic's shop. But, I had no choice but to rent from them a second time, and it has been the most infuriating experience I have ever had with a rental car place. Since they don't actually drive you anywhere but within a three mile radius of their location when you bring back your rental, I parked my car in their lot the night before I was returning my rental. When I got there the next afternoon to drop off my rental they had towed my car! Their reasoning - "customers are not allowed to park in the parking lot". You have got to be kidding me. It's a PARKING lot. I rent from several different enterprise locations near my home and office and have NEVER had any problem whatsoever. In fact, for most of my rentals at these other locations, I have left my personal car in their lot for the duration of my rental or did exactly what I did in this situation - have someone drop my car off the night before so I have a way to get home when dropping off my rented car. And to top it off, they were totally unapologetic and I had to pay $150 to get my car back from the tow yard. Stay away from this place! They're a bunch of scumbags!
