Peachy Grand Central

HORRIBLE! I called to cancel my order 2 HOURS later after everyone I spoke with said I was mislead with pricing on the glasses. The "manager" stated the store policy and stated that I wasn't being reasonable. I was promised a call back that never came. Then I received a message this morning as I was traveling that "the store policy states no cancelation" and that "they were already processed" (yes, between the time we spoke two hours after leaving the store and today). I will not be picking up these glasses I was forced to quickly pay for and not able to cancel and I will be fighting the charge with my bank. The "manager" at Grand Central Optical might want to reconsider the "store policy" this time around.

When I walked into the store, I was greeted by the manager (Gregg was his name, I think)and he made me feel welcome and his staff greeted me with open arms, there was never a less hostile environment where I have ever been.

With my tricky rx i am always skeptical about where i get glasses and contacts from but Grand Central Optical was great. They nailed my rx and filled it perfectly.

Ive been wearing glasses since i was 7 and this place is by far the best place ive ever purchased glasses. the service was great, selection was nice and prices were competitive
