Thank you, Paws for the excellent all around service. It's always a pleasure. Darwin, recently had his lion cut, and was brought out into my arm's happy and calm. His cut is always just as I asked. We both look forward to our visit.

Registration process is always quick - I'm usually in a rush and headed to the airport. The desk staff knows Sachi so it's great to be able to leave her in capable hands. Boarding environment looks much better since the renovations.

Thank You for taking such wonderful care of our boys. We have been using Paws Inn for more than 10 years and it's always a wonderful experience. The employees love our dogs as much as we do!! The registration and check-out is a breeze and the facility is clean and always updated. THANKS!

Patrick always loves to stay at Paws in Chelsea. The staff does a great job of grouping dogs that enjoy each other's company and we have him groomed before he comes home so he always looks beautiful after his stay. He comes home happy and tired in the best way.

My dog is my best friend. I actually hold her paw sometimes while she sleeps and tell her that I am the luckiest dude in the world, and couldn't ask for a better friend. I have been bringing Madison, a Brussels Griffen, to PAWS in Chelsea for quite some time now for grooming and also overnight stays when I have to travel for work. Each and every time I pick up Madison from PAWS she is GROOMED TO PERFECTION. Paws made my bearded lady into a bearded beauty. She absolutely loves going there, and comes home so happy. I am a huge supporter of the PAWS CHELSEA team, and will continue to be. Thank You!

A Good Stay for my Dog

Caring and friendly staff. Our dog had a good stay. But would have liked to tour where the dogs stay.

I just had my dog there last week for 2 days and today he has been seen by the vet for a dry cough that she said was indeed Kennel Cough. After calling and speaking with the manager at Paws she told me that she was not obligated to pay for his vet visit, there was no way he got it from Paws, and that I should be lucky for her to offer paying half of his vet visit. My dog is a 7 year old poodle, who is only around dogs when i take him out, her even offering to pay half speaks volumes on Paws' guilt and the other reviews on this site don't help her case. Please reconsider when boarding your pet at this place, the staff were nice to me but the manager is a filthy lying leach and reeks of it. The whole "there is no way your pet caught it here at Paws" but in reading other reviews proves she'll lie about anything. Also she said "PAWS is the only pet boarding facility who has never had to be shut down for Kennel Cough." Just because your failing company cant afford to shut down doesn't mean to brag about it. What a piece of work, that's one wax figure that's been melted to the core of lies and it shows. FYI I FOUND THIS PAGE DOING A GOOGLE SEARCH FOR : PAWS CHELSEA KENNEL COUGH. Enough said!

My girlfriend actually wrote our first review of Paws a couple of years ago and I just wanted to follow up. After two+ years of taking Kingsley for daycare/boarding. Nothing has changed - they're still the best! Sherry and the gang are always so welcoming to my lil guy, which is a testament as to how much they truly love their jobs and their clients-and their clients' owners (winkwink) While our work schedules have calmed down to not have to take him almost every day, Kingsley still gets excited about going here and it still is his home away from home. And even though we still hate having to travel without him, we still know that he is safe and in the care of what really has become his family. And thanks to their FB page, we get updated as to what's going on there, any new news, and, most enjoyably, get to see pictures of what kind of shenanigans he and his friends have been up to while we're at work! I can't say enough great things about Paws. They really are the best.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! I to...

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

I took my dog to get boarded 3 weeks ago. I asked them to ID my sister who would be picking the dog up. Not only did they give her the dog no questions asked, the dog came out covered in feces. When my sister asked them why he was so dirty the guy responded with "oh, that's weird..." I called the following day and my message was never returned. I chalked it up to an isolated bad experience.

I decided to get my dog boarded there again for the thanksgiving break. Fool me once, shame on you- fool me twice, shame on me. I dropped the dog off to be boarded Wednesday to Saturday. I came to pick him up saturday evening and he was hanging out behind the front desk. I had gotten his hair cut there that day and they asked how I liked it, I said it was fine and then left. Once back at my apartment, a few blocks away- I noticed that he was acting out of sorts. I figured maybe he was tired. Within minutes he was coughing non-stop like he had kennel cough and was extremely warm. At one point I tried to get him to walk with me to get a drink of water and noticed he couldn't even walk properly. He was seriously limping.

To make a long story short, I took him to the AMC E.R. Immediately where he was diagnosed with pneumonia and a sprained shoulder. The vet bill was over $400 with all of the x-rays on his chest and shoulder and the 3+ medicines he now is on the cure his ailments. I am still waiting for paws in Chelsea to return my calls...

i have been taking my pets to paws in chelsea for a long time. they have gone through the loss of my first dog with me and we are now going regularly with our second dog. sherry, the owner, cried when my dog died right along with me. she is not about making money-she is about loving every dog (and cat) that comes through the door and making sure they are healthy, safe and happy. they all really love their "guests" at chelsea and treat them like they treat their own pets. lynn and mike have been there forever and know everything. it's a fun place to spend time as much for me as for my dog. i was reading reviews that mention that the place is falling apart. it is, a little, but that is because she has been there for years and charges less than everyone else in the area and probably can't afford to make it fancy. i don't care about that. i care that my dog never wants to leave and i have to drag him out the door. i would absolutely recommend them very highly and stake my reputation on it.

My dog Kingsley goes to Paws in Chelsea just about everyday. Me and my boyfriend really wanted a dog but knew our work schedules were pretty rough. We checked out all the doggy daycares we could find and fell in love with Paws from day one. It was the cleanest and friendliest one we saw so we decided to give it a shot. Now it is his home away from home. Monday morning he drags us there because he can't wait. When I pick him up to go home I have to carry him out sometimes to get him to leave he loves it so much. I talk with other dog walkers on the way there and find many of them taking their precious dogs to the same exact location. I feel like Paws is really a part of the neighborhood and everyone knows and trusts them. The people there go above and beyond. When we go out of town we debate where to leave Kingsley. We tried the friends houses where they seemed more put out then anything. We tried having people check in, but we were just nervous the entire time. Then we left him at Paw
