        My absolute FAVORITE German restaurant in the city. Every time a friend or family member came to visit I'd include a visit to Heidelberg. I cannot praise them enough. Amazing food, amazing beer, friendly wait staff. The total package.

        Best German Restaurant on the upper eastside

        Try the Sauerbraten with red cabbage and "real" German home fries.
