        The prices of repair work and parts are INSANE.



        I took my 2005 Sienna in becaseu teh airag light came on. I thought it wold be a matter of re-setting a sensor, bur was told that I needed to replace a "spiral Cable". I was told that would cost $460. Pressed for time and misled by a slick salesman, I reluctantly agreed. I later found the same exact part (not an after-market substiture) for $40 . I would have saved at least $300 had I gone my trusty, honest mechanic, I was a fool for letting Jonston's Toyota do the job.... I hope that you are smarter than I was and DO NOT LET THEM WORK ON YOUR CAR... unless, of course, money is no object to you.

        I had a very pleasurable exper...

        I had a very pleasurable experience purchasing and trading in my vehicle at this dealership. I was very satisfied with the deal and walked away with a good feeling. I have read the prior review and will keep my guard up for the service part. I will keep a close check on how I am treated when I need to have my vehicle serviced. I will reserve my opinion on the service until then. I'll be sure to leave another review at that time.

        BUYERS BEWARE!!!!. JOHNSTONS TOYOTAPLAYS GAMES AND WILL NOT FIX YOUR VEHICLE THATS UNDER A CERTIFIED TOYOTA WARRANTY!! I BOUGHT MY 7TH TOYOTA 4RUNNER FROM MY AWESOME DEALER, TOWNE TOYOTA, LEDGEWOOD,NJ AND SINCE JOHNSTONS WAS CLOSER TOO MY HOME, I DECIDED TO USE THEM. I PAID $2600 FOR AN EXTENDED SERVICE WARRANTY FROM TOYOTA AND I HAD SEVERE ISSUES WITH MY TWO FRONT CV AXLES ON MY SUV..JOHNSTONS ONLY WANTED TO DO A CRAPPY PATCH JOB AND ONLY REPLACE THE RUBBER CV BOOTS..I TOOK IT TOO MY DEALER, THEY DID THE FULL AXLE REPLACEMENT WHICH WAS ALL UNDER WARRANTY, GAVE ME A LOANER SUV, GOT MINE BACK, WASHED, CLEANED, AND VACCUMED!!!.NOW THATS AN AWESOME DEALERSHIP..I CONFRONTED THE OWNER OF JOHNSTON ABOUT THIS AND HE HUNG UP ON ME!!! DO NOT BUY YOUR CARS FROM THEM!!!
