New Britain Parks and Recreation is a department that operates under the government of the city of New Britain, Conn., which also operates administration, fire, health, finance, public works and information technology departments. The department offers sports activities, including baseball, basketball and tennis. It also conducts lifeguard training, art, dance and music classes.
