Very unprofessional—they gave me no receipt and avoided my calls when I tried to get one. Beware!!! I wish I had done something else to remove my car. You should do the same. My wife and child just died in a crash and I have been rehabbing so I’m not thinking straight.

The best to deal with! Gave me the price, picked me up within 30 minutes while I waited on the side of the road with my broken down piece of junk I used to call :"MY RIDE." I had call another guy to come and get me and when he saw I was hopelessly stranded they tried to Low Ball me into taking less than what they quoted. When I told them to go "pound sand" they came back up to the original price. I was too upset to deal with those Clowns, but Franes was straight up with me!

Finally!!! A honest company ! i called this company and spoke with Tim Jr. He was straight forward and polite they were right on the money with how much my vehicle was worth and guaranteed my offer. My advice to others is give this company a shot you will not regret it!!

You guyz can understand how hectic it gets during Christmas time. When i called, your staff was very kind and helpful and gave me a price on the phone, and you guyz kept your word, some companies dont. The Truck driver was a cool dude, show me little about towing and using a flatbed, hey you learn something new everyday. philly's finest that's for sure!! being a person who knows nothing about junking cars. i called frane's auto recycling and spoke to tim and linda who are actually the owners. i told them that i've never done this before, they walked me through the process and gave me the best price and pick up the car the same day. i would definitely recommend this company to all my girl friends.

no negotiating, just gave me a price, towed my car and paid up. No ones every happy about having their car towed in, but at least I got rid of it and got some cash.
