My daughter needed to go to the ER and I called Austin Cab and they showed up right away and came back to pick her up. They were very nice on the phone and I would recommend them anytime!!!

Great service. Needed a cab morning of Christmas Eve. The lady who took my call to schedule the ride was very pleasant. Cab arrived early, left a voicemail when he couldn't find my house, and waited until he found us. Great!

My whole deal with Austin Cab was fine, and the driver was totally sincere and committed. I would use them again; they're definitely steps away from perfect, though.

Five stars for the funniest and creepiest event that Austin Cab gets credit for. Myriam was our driver, and she was happy to take us to the impound lot, call the lot for us to get directions... the whole gracious hostess thing. Loved her! Here is the funny part. I was sitting behind the driver and could see --between the front seat and the door -- a set of long nails. I whispered to Aimee C, "Check out her fingernails." At that precise moment, the friend sitting in the front seat screamed in his funniest voice, "OH MY GOD! THOSE ARE THE LONGEST FINGERNAILS I HAVE EVER SEEN." Well, Myriam, proud of her claim to fame, whipped them out to show us. They were --- the longest any of us had ever seen. Pretty weird, huh? Myriam told us all about her travails with her nails.... four hour manicure sessions, mobilizing with only her right hand, and the newest one, she is about to be named to Guinness Book!

I use Austin Cab often now, and have never had a problem with them. In fact they often show up early, and I've never had a dispatch drop a reservation for later pickup, unlike with SOME companies. :)

AUSTIN CAB is the worst taxi company I have ever dealt with! I ordered a taxi for 9:30 am for pick up at my hotel. I stressed the importance of the driver arriving on time, because I was in town for a job interview (at 10:00 am). The customer service agent assured me that the driver would be at the hotel on time. The taxi driver arrived at 9:45. As I was walking outside toward the cab, the driver hastily left the property. I called the customer service number and the same taxi driver, a middle-aged African American male, came back to the hotel at 9:50 am. When I entered the taxi cab, the driver appeared angry and abruptly asked where I going. Before we even left the hotel, I noticed the meter was already at $8.50. I asked the taxi driver about this, but he refused to explain the rationale for this charge. I was already concerned about the taxi driver's poor ethics, but felt that I was stuck utilizing his services as I needed to get to my interview ASAP. During out trip, the driver w

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. WE LOST OUR FLIGHT BECAUSE THEY DID NOT SHOW UP. THEY SIMPLY DID NOT SHOW UP TO PICK US UP. WE HAD TO CALL AND WAIT FOR MORE THAN 35 MINUTES AND THEY MADE US LOOSE OUR FLIGHT. COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE AND TERRIBLE SERVICE
