        Overall

        Did business with Steve for the past 20 years and he has become increasingly unprofessional. Most recently, we had a sewer backup in our home and I made an emergency call to Steve. When he hadn't called back in a few hours, we called someone else who was very responsive. Steve never did call back, and is not even gracious enough to call with an apology. It appears that Steve needs to retire from this profession since he is no loner a professional. Do yourself a favor and call someone else.
