Mitchell Senior High School offers an extensive curriculum for students in grades eight through 12. It is located in Mitchell, S.D., and is governed by the Mitchell School District 7-12. The school has an enrollment of more than 800 students and provides a wide range of courses, including English, literature, foreign language, mathematics, pre-algebra, algebra, statistics, geometry, trigonometry, business, physics, chemistry, social studies, computer technology and Web development, journalism, fine and practical arts, and health and physical education classes. It also offers various activities, such as musical plays, debate, marching band, show choir and student council. Mitchell Senior High School also has a variety of sports and athletics activities that include basketball, volleyball, football, soccer, hockey, tennis, wrestling, swimming, gymnastics, cross country, and track and field.
