Justine? The receptionist was very friendly and sent Saul to respond to our gas leak and meter lock by the gas company very promptly even though it was 4:40 on a Monday afternoon. Things we’re a little complicated for the time of day so Saul returned first thing the next day as promised. Luis joined him and they worked together for 6 hours taking pictures and keeping us informed all the way. The work was clean and neat. They were polite and professional the entire time. In a time of stress you have to trust someone. I have no regrets about the repair other than I was a little caught off guard by the cost. I guess 2 professionals for 6 hours will do that. I would use this company again.
