        This place sucks. I called fo...

        This place sucks. I called for a quote on my quarter window and a lady told me it was $201.00 for the window and instillation. I go over to the place and the owner quotes me $300.00. Apparently the woman I spoke with was at their odessa office and was quoting me for a different window (what the owner told me). So there was strike one. Strike two was when the owner told me he would see if he had a used one (which would be $ 235.00)at his odessa place and would call me the next day. I never got a call. So I called two days later and got the owners son on the phone. I told him i came in a couple days ago...blah blah blah he said he would call about the glass in odessa and call me back. he actually did call me back! They had one for me. So at this piont i had to make a deposit for the window of $30.00. I had my credit card ready and the guy had to call the odessa office on another phone in order to make the transaction. He got put on hold and it must have been about 5 minutes so he hung up and called again. He asked what they were doing over there and the lady on the phone said they were busy and put him on hold again. so I never got to make the deposit. i made an apointment to get the window put in and while I am at the place the owner and owner's son are arguing over how to change the window. I worked an overnight shift until 7 am and got up early to get this stupid wiindow put in and these idiots are wasting my time arguing about how to put in a window.
