Charles Sauter

I went to Dr. Saughter for a painful tooth. He told me there was nothing wrong with it. He said I've been complaining of that tooth for a few years now. I tried to explain to him that it wasn't the same tooth but he wouldn't listen. He said there was nothing wrong that I should see a specislist. The next day my face started swelling and my primary put me on antiobiotics. I also went to a different dentist. They found a crack and abscess on the tooth. SERIOUSLY! 3 days later I'm on antobiotics with severe pain. I can't have the root canal done until the swelling goes down. All of this could had been prevented if Dr. Saughter would had listened to me and actually examined my tooth closely instead of relying on his notes. He didn't try to hard to find anything because he assumed I had nothing wrong with it. Now I am here dying of pain waiting for infection to get better to have the new dentist fix my tooth.

I have been to many dentist throughout my life and Sauter and his staff are great. Friendly, fast and professional .... Dr.Sauter gets in gets and out your mouth in no time, job done ! He can also add a little humour as well as take it ... The staff always informs me of my upcoming appointments and works with me when I have scheduling conflicts... I highly recommend them ...

My experience with Dr. Sauter was great. I have been seeing him for over a year. The staff is very nice and respectable. I have no complaints. He knew I was frighten from a previous incident from another dentist. He made me feel very comfortable when he extracted my two wisdom tooth. He laughs and jokes with patients. This is the sense of humor that he has to help relax you. I must say he has been the best that I have went to in a long time.

Extremely bad experience with Dr Sauter and Mildred, his office manager. am wonder if MILLIE below is his office manager, Mildred. She's hateful and guilty of overcharging, please report their bad behavior to the ADA. I know I am not the first and will not be the last.

I will be posting the ADA judgement against him once I have it in writing. It will be a public action against him and will stay on his dentist license FOREVER. Mildred, you should be ashamed as well as Dr Sauter. The ADA wants to hear from you if you have had any untoward experiences with this dentist, and his office staff. SBDE NO. 2014-01580

My experience there was not good at all. I saw him probably 10 times total and got a root canal and crown done as well as fillings. I always felt like he was rushing to get more patients in. The root canal it was extremely painful and I asked if he could give me GAS or something. He responded the only thing he had to knock me out with was a two by four. Uncomfortable laughter. how do you respond to that? Every single time he busted my lip and the sides of my mouth were cracked from being spread open so wide for his big ham fists. All the work that was done had to be redone eventually by another dentist.

Good Experience- I would definitely recommend Dr. Sauter. The hygienist Brandy did a super job ! I recently had an extraction & the office called in Halcion to take before my appt. & it made the experience a breeze. Thank-you Dr. Sauter -you're a keeper!

Best dentist in town! I have gone to Dr. Sauters office for over 15 years and my children grew up in his practice. They love him. In fact, my oldest is now married and his wife now comes to see Dr. Sauter. I trust him explicitly and he does not nickel and dime me or my family. He provides a variety of services, I have personally had implants placed, my children have had their wisdom teeth extracted. He is truly a caring dentist and goes out of his way to make sure you understand what he is saying.
