Magnolia Wellness Clinic

The doctors are outstanding but the rest of the staff in horrible. I have been a patient for a while now and like the doctors and am very pleased with them but the help is not helpful at all. I've needed an insurance claim for a week and a half and they have not helped at all. I've had pharmacy fax paperwork 3 times and called the office twice and then made the 45 minute drive each way to get this resolved and it still hasn't been. It will only take them a couple of minutes to handle the situation but they refuse to help. This one ore deal has cost me over $160 so far it it is still counting. In looking for a new doctor immediately and it's a shame bc I like my doctor very much.
