This is probably a great place for the rich and famous to deal with their hearing problems, but it was not great for me. I lost my hearing aid and needed a replacement. It took me five calls to get a return call. When they did respond, I was told that it would be two weeks before I could get an appointment and I would have to drive to LA twice to get it. Another local audiologist told me that the House Clinic could order the replacement hearing aid, program it using data on the system and send it to me. Bottom line - no customer service, complete indifference to my problem and exorbitant prices. When I had my hearing aids fitted two years ago, the tech proudly told me that she had fitted Ronald Reagan. Sorry, I am not an ex-president. If you are a celebrity or a billionaire, go to House. Otherwise, go elsewhere and get it done by people who care about your hearing.
