These guys are GREAT! We went in for a service special and they were fast and friendly.

Gotta love it when the dealership actually cares about the customer.

I saw the specials over at http://www.queenssubaru.com and printed the page and they took care of me. Nothing but great things to say about Koeppel Subaru.

I made a mistake buying a car from them. They tricked me into buying policies I didn't need. When I was trying to cancel they told me too late and that's after a week only. Stay away from buying anything from this scam.

Had a great experience with this company , the staff was friendly and honest , overall service was great, much better than any dealership I've dealt with in the past!



Very Pleased to say the staff went as far as following up with me the next day to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase!



I would recommend this this company to anyone who wants a fast, secure and efficient experience....

This is the WORST possible place. This dealership is operated by scam artists. STAY AWAY.



I put down a deposit on a new vehicle, upon pick up, they jacked up the price. The numbers just didn't match. Then I spoke with the manager (Jimmy F.) and he says you can take the offer or leave.



I would advise EVERYONE to stay away from this dealership.

Waste of time!!!!! I scheduled a test drive with Sergey and Jimmy and had to go back to the dealer twice - both times they DID NOT let me test drive and tried to pressure me into buying the car ON THE SPOT. Go to another dealer and save time.
