We need parts and Bildon Appliance Parts and Service have been absolutely the best, They always have the part I need or can get it within a day or two.

First time service call as equipment manufacturer listed them. Charged us $200 to look at a water heater & quoted another $600 to fix it ($800 total). Told to go away as rediculous pricing. Another company came in, independently diagnosed it themselves and made the same repairs quoted for less the half (under $400 total including trip charges etc.)
