I have been going there for a very very long time. I had to cancel last minute because I work in the medical profession as a nurse. They tried to charge me a cancellation charge of 40.00. I was never made aware of a charge and had canceled in prior years without being charged, never signed anything. The office manager was rude. I tried to explain the situation that I cant just drop a patient so there maybe a time or two I have to do that. This woman just kept talking over me, telling me about her waiting list to get in, how important their time is. I can't believe I was treated that way. I work in an office and we dont charge a fee, we send a letter letting the patient know that we understand sometimes people forget or things come up but to please let us know. I guess this office is not about consideration of the patient. After all that time on the phone. She finaly stated she would waive the fee this time. If you are that desperate to argue with a patient who pays cash for a 40.00 fee when you would have made 600.00. I don't call that smart. I will no longer go or refer anyone I know to that office.
