The salon is upgrade and remodeling lately ! Very clean and good sanitation ! The designs and customers services are great . Highly recommended !

There was an add out side a nail salon that said $20 for white tip full set so I went in. I waited a while. When the manicurest started by ripping my existing acrylic nails off I asked her to stop it was extremely painful and I've never had my nails removed like that she argued with me and told me she would have to charge me more. I disagreed on paying more so I took my nails off myself. When she began my nails the were still in a lot of pain. She charged me $20 for the length of my nails and $25 for the pink powder. I felt like completely ripped off at this point. My nails have air bubbles in them and are already coming off within the first 3 days. I had to ask her multiple times to fill in where she had missed powder and she kept arguing. I had spent about 5 hours in the salon while she was doing other customers nails. She was overall very unprofessional, she conflicted a lot of pain, the quality of her work was very poor and my nails did not last 5 days. I went in today because its my day off and I was unable to come in the past few days. I asked her to take my nails off and refund me because I felt taken advantage of and argued with me for 20 min refusing to help me and I became very upset. I tipped her and showed her kindness and respect. There was no reason for her to treat me like she did. All she cares about is money and not the quality of her work or the well being of her clients. I have to say she was very unprofessional and disresectful towards the client she was working on during the time and to myself. I absolutely will not be returning there of referring anyone. This was the worst experiance ive ever had.
