Don't even try working for this agency I'm working for them now all I can say is WOW no respect from staff you are on your own if you ask for help forget about it.they pay 8 dollars an hour no benefits whatsoever most of the staff are rude and don't care about you.this agency deserve no stars his job is miserable I cry every chance I get to the bathroom but I have to pay the bills :-(

If I could give this agency no stars I would. I saw an ad from this agency, they were seeking LPNs. I was told they needed LPNs badly and to come in and apply. Everything was good and received my ID thinking that I was going to be working soon. I have received only 1 phone call telling me that someone would contact me, and the only reason why I received the phone call was because I called. Here it is December....no call, so with that said, it tells me alot about this agency. Unfortunately for you, you have missed out on a dependable worker!!! and I read the above review and thank my lucky stars that I am not affiliated with you.

This is the worst nursing agency around. They pay their CNAs the lowest rates and therefore give the lowest quality of care. They will hire ANYONE who is willing to work for $8 per hour. Their staffing coordinators know little about the business and have terrible attitudes. CNAs from this agency have actually lost patients, dropped patients and verbally abused them. Instead of firing these people they simply move them to another nursing home. Some of their staff even have criminal records. if you care about your loved ones DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY OR SEND YOUR FAMILY MEMBER TO ANY NURSING HOME WHO USES TOWNE.
