        I just leased a new bmw from these guys and I have to say I was impressed. I bought the car from a seasoned veteran named Resa and he was an awesome rep.

        This Service Department is a Ripe-off!

        I am not sure if they thought because I came as a single female or I was from the south that I was not an educated buyer! They quoted me $550 for a brake recharge and oil change. When I started to question the service rep he started to back track and then gave me a "discount" of $100 off. I have never had to haggle with a service department. I called BMW of Newport Beach while I was there and they quoted me $330 for both services. I quickly got my keys and drove straight over to Newport BMW. I will never go to this dealership for service or to buy a vehicle!!
