        Overall

        We were excited to support a local business. Unfortunately, a broken windshield, traffic, and rainy weather significantly delayed our group. In my opinion, company didn't take full responsibility for its preventable mechanical failure, but shifted blame to factors outside their control. Won't use this service again, sadly.
